I wanted the cover to have a traditional aspect to it as I wanted it to reflect the fact that castle market is a part of history and also that the castle was built on that same patch of land. This highlights the old fashioned part of castle market.
I didn't want just normal printed type on the cover I wanted the type to be set into the card. This give the feel to the zine that it will last long and this is the feel that I am going for. As castle market wont be around for much longer the zine is something that people can keep for a long time after its gone.
